Mustang Special Utility District

Serving Northeast Denton County since 1966

Subdivisions Along Hwy 380
Please Note

If you live in the Providence, Paloma Creek, or Savannah subdivision, you are NOT a retail customer of Mustang.

You are a retail customer of the development district established in the subdivision in which you live. Each subdivision has a different district, called Denton County Fresh Water Supply District (DCFWSD) followed by a number designator, or Water Control and Improvement District.

Each DCFWSD, or WCID is a political subdivision, or governmental entity in Texas and has a Board of Directors which set all rates and policies for your subdivision. Mustang has no role in the DCFWSD or WCID Board appointment or election process.

Mustang is a contracted billing and operations agency for each DCFWSD or WCID. We are obligated to enforce the billing and payment policies set by each DCFWSD or WCID Board of Directors established in your neighborhood.

Mustang does not set your rates or payment policies which include late fees and disconnections.
