Bills are always mailed on the 15th, or closest business day, and are always due on the 1st.

After the due date, a minimum $10.00 or 10% of bill late fee will be assessed, and late notices will be mailed.

Payment must be received by 5 P.M. on the due date shown on the late notice to avoid disconnection.

Mustang is not responsible for the postal service.

Failure to receive bill does not exempt customers from receiving late fees or disconnection.

Is serviced by Waste Management. We will set up your trash account with them.

Is picked up on Wednesday. Have trash out by 7 a.m. to ensure pickup.

Base fees are: $22.00 for water availability fee, and $10.00 Fire Protection.
Your usage is billed as follows:
Gallons Used Per 1000 Gallons:
Up to 10,000 $3.50 10,001 and up $4.50
Sewer Charges:
up to 10,000 $44 10,001 and up $46
