Chris Boyd, General Manager
Chris manages the daily functions of the District, and works closely with the Board of Directors to carry out policies and goals. He has over 20 years experience managing the delivery of public services. His previous experience includes positions with the cities of Dallas, Richardson, Waco, and Hubbard. He currently serves as a Board member of the Upper Trinity Regional Water District, and the North Texas Groundwater Conservation District.
He holds a B.S. from Texas A&M University, and a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Dallas. Upon graduation from A&M, he served as a U.S. Army Officer. He is a Commercial Pilot, aircraft owner, and enjoys refereeing high school football.

Aldo Zamora, Operations Manager
Aldo manages all water distribution and wastewater collection operations of the District. He directs all field operations personnel and assures continuous monitoring of water quality.
He has over 20 years of experience in public utility operations and management. He currently holds Class B Surface Water and Class 1 Waste Water Licenses issued by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. His past positions include Water Plant Operator for the City of Harlingen, Source Water Protection Specialist and Sampling Technician with the Texas Rural Water Association. He enjoys playing board games with his children whenever possible.

Patty Martinez, Finance Director
Patty is responsible for management, control, and administration of all fiscal operations of the District. She supports the General Manager in the development of the annual budget, as well as long-range financial planning.
She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas and has 11 years of governmental accounting experience. Her prior positions include Accountant with the City of McKinney, Finance Director with the City of Princeton, and Financial Analyst with Justice Benefits, Inc. She is a member of the Government Finance Officers Association, and in 2008 won the Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting.

Beth Kazel, Customer Service Supervisor
Beth coordinates and supervises all customer accounts and utility billing for Mustang. In addition, her department handles the contracted billing function for the 380 Subdivisions, phone, web, and front desk communication with customers. Prior to her current position, she served as Customer Service Coordinator, and Customer Service Representative.
She is a graduate of Colorado State University. She enjoys working with horses, including one of her own, and owns four dogs and two foster dogs.
