Payments MUST be received prior to 5 P.M. of day prior to disconnect date to avoid penalty fee. IF YOUR PAYMENT IS MADE AFTER 5 P.M. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A NON-PAYMENT FEE.
Payments made for disconnected service MUST be received by 1 P.M. to be restored same day, otherwise service will be restored next day. Service will not be restored after business hours, on weekends, or holidays.
