On this page you can access your account to view current status, pay online (small fee added), and view billing and payment history. Please follow these instructions:

1. Once you receive a paper bill by mail, return to this page and click "View Account" to obtain a

     username and password for your online account.

2. Register for your account by entering information from your bill exactly. You will be prompted

    to create a username and password.

Important Conditions:

• Payments MUST be received prior to 5 P.M. of day prior to disconnect date to avoid penalty fee. IF YOUR PAYMENT IS MADE AFTER 5 P.M. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A NON-PAYMENT FEE.  
    
• Payments made for disconnected service MUST be received by 1 P.M. to be restored same day, otherwise service will be restored next day. Service will not be restored after business hours, on weekends, or holidays.
