Establishing Standard Service

To establish new, or to transfer service with the District, please visit our office located at 7985 FM 2931, Aubrey, TX, or call 940-440-9561.

Locations with Existing Meters

The following information is needed prior to activation of service where a meter already exists.

 -   Copy of drivers license 
 -   Applicable Fees

Locations with New Service  

An applicant requesting service at a location with no existing service will need to come to the office and meet with Customer Service to establish service. The following additional information may be required:

 -   Print and fill out New Service Application

 -   Copy of drivers license

 -   Applicable Fees

 -   Warranty Deed or Title

 -   Right of Way Easement

Mustang requires a $100 security deposit before establishing water service. There is also a $50 deposit for wastewater service, if applicable. Upon customer request, a deposit may be refunded as a credit to the active account provided that NO penalty charge exists on the payment history ledger for the previous 12 months.
