Thank you for trusting Mustang with your water service. As a valued customer, we want to ensure you have clear and accurate information about our billing practices.  Below are a few key details to help you better understand your billing statement.

When accessing your portal:

Billing statements are issued at the beginning of each month and are due on the 15th. Payments not received by the due date are subject to a late payment penalty within two to four business days.

Customers who have questions about their statement or need assistance should contact Customer Service at 940-440-9561 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
