Comprehensive BCBSTX PPO medical plan with all, or majority of, monthly premiums paid by District depending on eligibility. $350 ind ded/$1050 family.
Dental
Comprehensive dental plan provided by Principal at a small cost by the employee. 100% coinsurance for in-network preventative care and 80% coinsurance for in-network basic care - both paid by policy.

Employee paid comprehensive vision plan with $25 co-pay and $150 coverage towards your choice of contact lenses or glasses.
Retirement
TCDRS automatic 7% employee contribution, vested at 10 years of service, and 200% employer matching at retirement.
