Important Update: Regarding Your February Billing Statement

We want to provide updated information regarding the dates shown on your recent statement. Due to a processing error, the printed dates for late fees, disconnect fees, and the disconnect date are incorrect.

Correct Payment Information

  • Late Fee:
    Will be assessed after 4:30 PM on February 17.
  • Disconnect Fee:
    $60 disconnect fee will be applied after 4:30 PM on February 24.
  • Service Disconnection:
    If payment is not received, service will be disconnected on February 25.
